I have worked in commercial development for several years, and I've listened to a lot of the BP podcasts and read some forums in recent years. However, I'm excited to be a more ACTIVE member moving forward! Recently, I have shifted my focus towards identifying property flipping opportunities in smaller markets in the SE, and I am enthusiastic about the prospect of forging new professional relationships and connections.
