The best bang for buck are those laptops with a 256gb SSD drive and long battery life. 

You would have to terminate all agreements and then see if the tenants want to stay under your lease.  

So their current lease states either tenant or landlord needs to give at least a 30 day notice to terminate the lease.

That in itself does not trigger the HA to terminate the tenant’s contract.  

I would take a look at your management agreement there may be a termination clause and possibly termination fee I would also take a look and see if there is a 30 day notice required I think probably something in writing should be sufficient but again verified by looking at your contract 

And if you decide in 6 months that it's too much to keep up, you can rent it out long-term in the summer when that season starts picking up.
