LOL well let em come, if we come to an educated agreement on both sides and you Violate that agreement, your *** should be kicked out and fee'd, learn to be an adult doesnt matter if youre liberal, socialist, communist, republican, democrat, athiest.. common sense and moral privilege doesn't discriminate

@Kenny Robbins I do recall there being a back and forth with the city regarding a high occupancy permit for 6 adult tenants living in one house, not sure where that stands but would recommend reaching out to the SDHC as @Kenneth Donaghy suggested although they are a little tougher to get through to someone these days. but I'll have to stress again that I recommend your numbers still working for long term rental for a single family/party.

Thanks, yes I`ve seen flea-traps that use a lamp and sticky pad(instead of soapy water), but the only problem with this, is that this would maybe take care of the adult fleas, but doesn`t seem to address the eggs, which I understand can survive in a sort of dormant state for some time.

The next time I have a capable 30 yr old adult tenant call and ask for me to change lightbulbs or put in screendoor where there wasnt one, or paint the entire house, because it's white in color, because they dont like it, or paint the bathroom after it was just painted 1.5 yrs ago, because they don't use an exhaust fan.I'll point them towards you:)

But I don't regret college--if I hadn't spent four years at BYU I might have not met my husband (who had far more initial interest in RE than I had), I wouldn't have made some lifelong friends and I wouldn't have had the experience of "adulting" all on my own.
