Trash everywhere is a neighborhood concern and maybe also a trash hauler concern.

Bigger concern is making sure you have enough buffer that its not going to be an issue riding the volatility out until the rents go up enough you don't care .

Get it advertized and if people want to see the place, give the tenants 24 hours notice and you accompany perspective tenants.

I was very concerned about one wrap I had in Kyle and almost had a problem because the seller I bought from, got "cranky".

My biggest concern/question would be to inquire about what kind of modifications they need to make to the home to make it work as an assisted living facility?

I am concerned with rent control as well....The lease is for one yearI know from basement tenant that they signed lease with the sister (but the lease has previous owner's name)if it is fraud - it will be her word against minebasement tenant are probably here illegally and I doubt they would testify

Hi Jonathan,I understand that concern, I do not have contracting experience.

Regarding the open permit, we’re just finishing up a few items for the final inspections and occupancy cert. so no concerns there I just didn’t include that information here.
