It looks like you've reached out to the author, but he seems to have stopped responding.If you click cell A1 in the "Result" tab, then press CTRL-SHIFT-END, then CTRL-C, then create a new tab and click cell A1 of the new tab, PRESS CTRL-V (or right-click and use "Paste Special") Then you can edit formulas.

@Reid R.I have done a couple live in flips, the first one was sort of accidental as it was my first home, but I made improvements as I lived there for 3 years before selling it for a nice profit from my renovations and a rising market from 2011-2014 here in Cincinnati.

Here's the dilemma: there are PLENTY of other municipalities in KC metro to shop, and so far, my strategy is to avoid KCMO proper (it's always been tenant friendly since I started following a decade ago, but created a whole new dept in the wake of affordability crisis-- see this press release from earlier this year).
