Other people have differing opinions on that, but the general idea is that those who by an extended warranty on a toaster are missing the point on how the game works.If it's a rental property, liability coverage on the property policy, and required renters insurance naming your management and ownership entities as additional insureds on the liability portion, coupled with strong lease verbiage regarding the maintenance responsibilities of the tenant (snow removal, etc), are, in my opinion, the most important, because an uncovered liability claim could be financially devastating.
