Over the years I'd continue to like to buy more house hacks, get my RE license and (depending on the market) acquire a few duplexes/multi-families all on a slow but consistent basis. 

Because with the diversified economy, if business slows say automotive, , there's still plenty of economic activity going on in Greenville.

We all want to scale quickly but he is proof sometimes slow and steady can win the race.  

They can be slow to respond but overall I have been pleased. 

If your construction team is great at project management ~ and then you pull them out of that seat to do expense data entry ~ you may be slowing them down and hurting your own profits.

Normally the tenant will initiate their payment, it will take 3 or so days for the payment to withdraw and another 3 or so to deposit into our account.

The thing I have learned through flipping many properties is that slow is smooth and smooth is fast.Make sure you vet your contractors as thoroughly as you would vet a tenant - I have learned vetting is one of the most important things I can do as an investor.

Is it usually this slow here in terms of replies?

I think that platforms, groups, etc. are only a small factor to vacacnies and slow periods. 

You only pay on it if you withdraw the money.
