Samuel Cervantez 1st Investment Property With A Home Equity Loan?

Samuel, My first property i used a home Equity loan, made the closing simple and fast. the only downside i can think of is you are adding dept to what ever property you are taking the equity loan from ( but there are good sides to that too, in legal situations, not showing a lot of equity in a property you own). you would still need to calculate those payments in the property you are purchasing and make sure you make money on it. using Equity is a good way to get started.
