I think across the board the Olympics have generally been a negative effect in the short run after the games are over because nobody knows what do with this massive venues that seem to only be built for a month use.

Those 2 factors alone would greatly narrow focus, an area that has both good tillable for vegetable farming AND attraction for venue and STR units.

How do I go about picking a venue and limiting costs so that way we can all brainstorm and put our real estate investing knowledge to use?
