Bigger pockets has already been an incredibly valuable resource in building my knowledge around real estate investing, and I look forward to executing on the strategies discussed in this forum.High level plan - I'm forming an LLC with a partner out of Austin, TX and a partner out of Madison, WI. 

I live right outside of Madison, and I just purchased my first rental property in Beloit (closing in November), and am interested in getting into the Milwaukee area.

I'm currently priced out of anything near the west side of Madison.

I own a 3 bed rental in Harper Woods, MI (Grosse Pointe School District), and I will be moving out of state soon and also want to rent out my 2 bed in Madison Heights and will need that managed as well.

So a free call to your local zoning office would be best: Madison zoning.

I live in Madison, and I just appeal myself if I need to.
