I also have to mentioned that the biggest advantage of using AI is for internal company usage, especially in a companies where it has multiple product, multiple supplier , or producing very competitive product ; company like home depot , medical device or even Adobe, can really make killing productivity by leveraging AI.For people in tech, the ability of AI to generate a code , a database or to articulate complex system , is very valuable.I have been moving from search engine to AI too in last few months and result was great.

Since we didn’t have a pool and are not walking distance to the Broadwalk, we focused on interior design and that has helped, but we consistently lose out to Airbnbs with a pool, so we are working on maybe getting an above-ground pool and/or hot tub.

, cleaned, and installed new HVAC, ran all new pex lines/valves/shut offs, all new hardwood flooring and carpet, all new and expanded kitchen cabinets, new appliances, created full bath and connected it to a bedroom to create en suite, repurposed 2 unused rooms (1 into a 4th bedroom/office/playroom and one into a family room, installed new interior and exterior lighting throughout, new automatic garage door, and landscaped.

Created en suite bed/bath, extra bedroom/office/playroom, created family/tv room, added a couple of windows in dark rooms, installed new HVAC, ran all new pex lines/valves/shut offs, all new hardwood flooring and carpet, all new and expanded kitchen cabinets, new appliances, converted 1/2 bath into full bath, repurposed 2 unused rooms (1 into a 4th bedroom/office/playroom and one into a family room, installed new interior and exterior lighting, new electric garage door w/remote, and landscaping What was the outcome?

Their slide deck, 85 pages is on their website, They believe that they will increase the properties NOI by 45% over 5 yr hold, mostly through rent increases after doing 5K interior upgrades in all 252 units, thus adding 19 million to value of property.
