They have completely re-branded their tourism campaign and they are known now as the "All Star Island" because they are reaching out to high end tourists.

This route gives him INBOUND marketing approach with buyers calling him, rather than him calling the buyers.

What does their tourism industry look like, in terms of domestic or international travel?

Hello Nate,Well, in Scotland, lodges and log cabins are extremely popular destinations for tourists, and apparently (although I'm still researching this) the UK domestic tourism industry is predicted to grow by 3% over this coming year due to the fact many nationals are not leaving the country for security and monetary reasons - fortunately, in Scotland, regardless of the weather, people are always renting log cabins and lodges. 

I've actually decided against it unless I buy ocean front rentals for tourism.

That said in some cities with lots of tourism and vacation rentals this is starting to turn and even mortgage lenders are starting to give out loan packages that have special vacation rental approval.
