Do you require they enroll in an auto-fill program?

I have now listened to 18 podcast and today enrolled using my GI Bill into an online college real estate program where I will earn $800 a month stipend while learning about real estate.

Our main POC then immediately got back to us and said that if we stayed enrolled they would wave some of the other requirements and we would get 100%.

Most courses have recruiters that occasionally stop in or just start arranging meetings with brokers during the time you are enrolled in the pre license course.

I think you should at least enroll in a community college and minimize your cost while at the same time getting your real estate license and begin getting experience.

@Donald John Kuebel - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in Baltimore.There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country.

I'm thinking to work with a very experienced EA (Enrolled Agent) (years of experience with real estate investment taxes) and they've offered around $1,000 for both personal and business taxes.
