A good one is more than worth the standard 1 point if they hustle, are responsive, are reachable, and really look out for you the client and try to get you the best out there for you and then the bad ones are not only not worth the 1 point but they charge double or triple.And websites and reviews can be misleading.

I don’t expect to be someone that finds incredibly cheap deals that become worth double what I paid.

I was with a a different company until my premiums doubled on renewal.

If this is a master, and there is another hall bath for kids, I would only keep the tub if there is room for a good sized shower, double vanity, toilet AND separate soaking tub, which it does not appear there is.  

At the moment we only have 4 units rented but we hope to double that this year.

I collect water/sewer/rubbish from tenants so that's really the only double entry I do, rents are automatic.
