@Jacob Morris - Hi Jacob, I'd speculate that the reviews stem from taking a largely thankless job- tenants dislike property managers for the most part, owners see them as a necessary evil, and if I was to make a prediction people don't take time to provide great reviews nearly as frequently -  it's to vent and post a complaint.That said if you search Stonehenge reviews you will find 1 star reviews...I have my own client base and operate a branch office of Stonehenge so I'm quite separate from them other than the oversight of their broker...none of their online reviews are my client base. :)I qualify at the end of this month to apply for my broker's license so I will be on my own soon enough. 

Looking to obtain one of these licenses or both, but am curious to hear about your personal journey, why you chose what you did, and the likes/dislikes about your decision. 

In any case, both of the lawyers I spoke with disliked me using Legal Zoom to setup additional LLCs. 

I really dislike when the agent doesnt know anything about the property.

I very much dislike the waste and environmental damage as well.

If BiggerPockets had existed in 1960, they would have used words other than "Section 8" to describe the tenants they don't want/are afraid of/dislike.  

Why I dislike Arbitrage.

I dislike the neighborhood, and they also want 1.6 for the 2400 sq ft home.  

Know their likes and dislikes, know their culture and their habits.[3] Know what a "Class A", "Class B", "Class C" and "Class D" neighborhood and buildings looks like.
