Usually by summer and winter prices would slightly go down.

Drain Maintenance -  Any time the truck or the bikes get super muddy they go to the coinop carwash for a rinse - I'd rather leave the muddy mess at the carwash instead of in front of my house - I imagine those drains have to be cleared out fairly often.Winter:  Looks like you're in TX, so might not be as big of an issue for you, but during winter here in UT those hoses are constantly running to avoid freezing.

The pipes in the house are relatively old and the house was winterized and thankfully there have been some very minor but fixable leaks, however, the radiators look like water has come out of them I cannot tell if they are in good shape and the technician said the only way to know is when you hook up the boiler.

I have my own wifi connection and to make a long story short, one of my tenants agreed to shovel snow this past winter for the password.

I should have taken the winterized sign off before taking the pic...or maybe not, lol.

Chances are they’ll leave you with an empty unit in the winter when it’s harder to fill.

Yes I would charge a premium for the short term and I may even charge an extra premium to end in the winter months.

Sorry @Mindy Jensen   I am a w2 wage earner but I also  maintain my church 2 acres, bushes and flower beds for money for 22 weeks out of the year and put in some color during winter. 

Quick update: we are going to hold on to this property through the winter and find a buyer in the Spring.
