Apparently she was busy planning her daughters wedding & to this day I am not convinced she even presented our (low) offer.Now when my son was reviewing investment property (with a new younger agent) he was told that he could NOT view any property or be give the financials until he was pre-qualified.

@Martin Yung   I will be in Singapore  ( for a wedding) later in the year maybe you could come to my hotel and I would buy you a coffee and we could discuss in depth what someone like you or the young man who posted this originally needs to take into consideration prior to making an investment half way around the world and or for our LA based first time investors all the way across the country...

Pretty much the blind leading the blind usually.I did my first deal at your age, the circumstances were different, a very good family friend, a doctor's wife was in real estate, they owned a house as a rental and she sold it to me, actually, it was more of a wedding gift and I lived in the house.At your age, I had a carpet business, I worked with contractors and the public.

I wish I could say business is thriving, but I’ve been out of town with my day job for the past 4.5 months and my fiancé has been planning our upcoming wedding, so we actually haven’t done much in the past 4 or 5 months.
