You may be safe here as I don't know the weather in Missouri (MS), but if it gets cold you'll want to make sure there is heat tape on the lines to protect from freezing.

I know this is broad and I'm trying to do everything I can in the next year to educate myself and make sure I am ready to invest, weather that means taking classes, getting some hands on experience or partnering with someone for my first deal using my funds and giving them a percentage of the proceeds.

Here in Arizona they're everywhere, in Phoenix we have people we know as "snow birds" they come down here to escape the winter weather from Canada and all over the country, they usually ether own a home here or are looking to rent.In northern Arizona we have cooler weather, sceanic mountain views, and quite simply it's just beautiful.

I didn't count with this kind of appreciation, it actually went up so fast many talk about been a mini bubble, I guess the question is. is it better to take my good fortunate and run with it, or to keep a small monthly cash flow and weather whatever the market may or may not bring, having in mind it would take at least 10 years to make the same profit off cash flow.
