RCW 59.18.290 "It shall be unlawful for the tenant to hold over in the premises or exclude the landlord therefrom after the termination of the rental agreement except under a valid court order so authorizing.

Its primary prohibition makes it unlawful to refuse to sell, rent to, or negotiate with any person because of that person's inclusion in a protected class.

I would think this unilateral decision by AIrbnb could be construed as unlawful. 

Any disposable money you have would be better spent buying a box of business cards and spending time at open houses, business grand openings, auction days, unlawful detainer courtroom hearings. 

This was a class through *************, and except for the initial invitation, they refer to it as "The Company" in the literature.I had to work late and missed talking to the guy directly, so I left a detailed message - I calmly listed my reasoning - it is illegal in Ohio, gave OH laws statutes, read some of the wording, read the first paragraph of the OH Dept of Commerce news release for June 4, 2019 that says "Beware of seminars that may teach unlicensed activity...This type of activity is considered unlawful in Ohio." 

Essentially that is what you have to do start with three day notice to quit and then start the unlawful detainer action.
