State AG's put those guys down.. and then wrote pretty strong legislation that became law ... like in Oregon you must be a licensed foreclosure consultant to work with those in distress

Will those that do not get a license choose to sell all at one time in an already cooling/uncertain real estate market?

Dabbling, uncertainly, over-analysis, and stepping over dollars to pick dimes doesn't work.

I have calculated all numbers as much as possible and numbers are coming kinda close,  so I am uncertain how to proceed. 

On top of that, there is little, if any, legislation to regulate their actions.
