.- I am sympathetic to what I believe are real health concerns by the tenant's parents, but i can't figure out how they can be tied to the house based on the mold test results or visual inspections completed by the management company's maintenance team or abatement company.- based on what I feel was an unreasonable counter I'm not sure how to frame my response to the tenants.My questions for the BP community:- Could I be missing something causing real health issues?

And then just garden variety greed I Suppose the few events I have been too. the case studies the speakers talk about is usually some whopper once in 10 year deal they did.. now its real.. but its not reality.. and I think the beginners feel that they too should get these types of deals and reality sinks in that they cant find them.. its not like being a landlord anyone who can fog a mirror can do that.. note business done correctly in my mind is an advanced strategy when it comes to NPN ..

There is VERY limited housing around here, so people who have housing vouchers can hardly find a place to move into and those with mental health are essentially screwed.

I suppose this could happen with any seller regardless but I am also concerned given his age and ill health, what if at the time of purchase his interest in in probate or held by surviving family?

In the meantime, I would try to force the Board into some form of reason by having my lawyer go through those covenants with a fine tooth comb and find any loophole, area that they already violating, or way I could increase the costs for everyone by suing the HOA.I think if you come across as lily-livered, you're going to get nowhere.
