Nothing to add here than a instance I had the semi same thing with a bankWe bought a Tree farm in Oregon 700 plus acres.. and it came with a full time caretaker.

Is the tree compromised ?

Arkansas has lots of trees - be very comfortable with your estimates to keep them in their safe areas.  

With the big storm and wing, I want to cut two trees in the front, and trim other 3 trees in the back yard. 

Now I just hope cutting down the tree out front keeps me from having to dig the yard up too... 

I am the owner of a Tree service company in Oklahoma  we have done jobs from storm clean up and cosmetic repair jobs to trees on properties for landlords to residential work to a community center beautification for the Chickasaw Tribe.

He is very clean, respectable, and cuts down trees for a living.  

I went through this property a few weeks ago and the condition is pretty rough and there is a large tree in the back yard which could make getting a new building permit out of the city complicated.Closing date is reportedly 5-15-16... a 60 day close for a HUD deal is on the long side.

People spend a lot of time w/details, planning and climbing the ladder and then find out later they are climbing up the wrong tree.  

Absolutley Dave , just walked in door after wading thru the snow on my snoshoes and dreams of palm trees and warm ocean breezes somehow came wafting thru the house.
