There is absolutely NO shortage of demand for these types of properties and, in fact, with the "silver tsunami" already underway, there is going to be more need than ever.

If I were to invest in JAX right now at the beach, Atlantic Beach is goals.

I live in Pennsylvania and purchased a STR in Myrtle Beach Area this past fall. 

I currently serve some great STR markets like Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach and I'm in the process of getting my Alabama license so that I can work in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores as well.

The beach areas, clean and comfortable with a functional pool used to do just fine, now you must be renovated/modern, heated pool, etc to be in the top 10%. 

It's proximity to Silver Dollar Theme Park lends itself to seemingly high vacation rental demands in peak seasons.Does anyone have experience investing in the Branson area?
