Greetings everyone, 

Very excited to be here. I have been fascinated with real estate for a minute now and it's been joyful educational ride so far. I'm primarily interested in long term rentals in affordable markets within the U.S., as well as oversees opportunities, particularly in Mexico. 

Looking forward to becoming a productive member of this community.
