Do I just scrap paint and re paint these areas and get a new inspection?

It took forever, created a huge mess, required the bullnose and then texture, new trim, and then repaint.

Want to do a low-end kitchen update including inexpensive counter tops and replacing hardware on cabinetry and repainting them.

If not fire your agent and hire Don to do it,  I am sure he would.If the other 2 units look bad , but your still sold on the property, I could direct you as to how to get the most for rent for the least amount or Re-hab.Get those rents up and the units very nice, Re paint the outside Trim to a light color so the sun won't ruin the facia , etc, etc.Might be great section 8 rentals also.Good luck man!

In the basement the carpet needs to be replaced, drop-ceiling removed, and walls repainted. 

Every few years I repaint the boarded up windows and doors.

Before you repaint, make sure to wash it down with a TSP solution.

The rest of the rooms were in good, original shape, so we just had to refinish the floors and repaint the walls.
