My question is, should I focus my money that I pull back out into buying these seller financing deals to start getting cash flow right away, or keep recycling it into more BRRRR properties which will be slower to build up the portfolio.

The druggies recycled everything they could, leaving me a shell to buy. 

We take that data, call the entire list, recycle through until we hit it entirely.

That means either timing the RE cycle, or adding value some other way.
