How flexible are they with new recruits even if they have a great deal?

Killeen is a good multi-family, SFR long term play for army recruits but has rough patches.

They herded us into this room and a company commander stood up there and yelled and screamed at us "stupid maggots" on how we were fools if we signed up for this and weren't 100% sure we were going to college afterwards, and how could a bunch of dumb recruits like us think we were going to college anyway? 

Is there a way to tap into recruiting/placement agencies for these medical centers?

I've done it a few different ways. 1) Listed it on the sites such as Furnished Finder, AirBnB, Booking.com, FB Travel lodging groups; and specifically call out the proximity to any medical centers or hospitals.  2) Word of mouth with my friends and colleagues 3) Reaching out to travel medical staff companies and leaving my info with recruiters.  

However, they may have top agents/teams who are growing and recruiting.

Now, some other points to make:First, your byline in your article lists you as a "recruitment specialist," not a "staff writer."

:)If a college basketball coach went to a recruits house and started talking about how amazing his touchdown pass was the night before, that coach would get no commits and quickly be out of a job!
