But the rent #'s here are pretty stout, for sure: and the owner offers a bed and breakfast kinda set up through AirBNB as a side biz.Thanks all for sharing #'s, I'm happy to reciprocate some cost total actuals for a range on recent builds if anyone has completed one at $X.

The man I have been working with to come with ideas for saving the property has already done a huge amount of the leg work including getting a detailed plan created by students at Carnegie Mellon University to look into options to make it a café, bed and breakfast, and local museum.

I had breakfast with Sean last year ( his tech is in PDX) and we share a love of aviation  LOL.. but he shows me the app its SO COOL I ordered it .. ( I personally don't use it but my office does.) and we scored a deal last month.. that I would call a Rick deal.. very complicated on that title side... but with PR we were able to chase it down.. had no real competition from the letter writers and close on it..

Fresh from college I owned my own business, a bed and breakfast, and then a second one, which I did for 24 years.

After researching it seems like a lot of issues are coming up, supposedly STR's are against zoning in Orange County.. which covers your highly desirable spots for tourist, unless you are a full time resident just renting out a room, or are acting as a bed & breakfast / commercial.
