Charleston, SC area seems to be a popular place in that regard.

For many who might not necessarily be "looking" for more work they might not be investing in any kind of marketing and word of mouth is going to be the best way to find them.But 100% agree with @Corby Goade on this one, treat them like kings and queens because they are DEFINITELY worth their weight in gold. 

Indy is a pretty popular market and I already have investors who have totally pulled out because they believe this market it toast.

Every penny was worth it, especially the half I directly paid.Great Agents are worth their weight.

Oh and I little hint...I keep hearing that rental arbitrage is quite popular for landlords in San Diego.
