So I spent probably about $7500 in cosmetic work and repairs on my rental, and my PM did a final inspection today and she said my house is not ready for rent due to the following reasons: 1) Backyard needs grass seed2) Sidewalk needs several repairs 3) All windows need screensI don’t know the rental laws for Indiana, but I feel like these reasons are not a necessity.

Some states value emotional support animals as necessities, while others have levels to their need, a lot of it goes alongside the person's diagnosis which you cannot ask for.My advice would be to brush up on your state's laws regarding emotional support animals, and seek legal advice on the matter if its that big of a deal.

Anything out there that has a one time payment for all the necessities & and the option to pay for upgrades without loosing capability of all the other stuff, if I decide not to upgrade for a few years (looking for something I don't have to pay to access every month, depending upon the flow of business.Again, really trying to limit the expense of multiple different softwares or programs.
