No way for the dump truck to get in there.  

(i was a truck driver working 60-70 hours a week it was time for a change). like any other business it takes time.

I think real estate is all about self control, I don’t need a fancy truck I don’t need to go on vacation.

It will cost you $150 to rent a truck and $200 or $300 for a couple of people to load and unload the truck. $500 is way cheaper than going another month or two without a tenant.I would ask the tenant what the problem is with moving before doing anything.

I also worry about putting in the new A/C AND someone backing in a truck and cutting the line and stealing it. 

Odd things come into play like fire truck access for emergencies, cable and electrical right of ways, drainage and wetlands. 

Perhaps the hospital would rent it for storage of materials, trucks, etc?

Of course if I have a direct reason like "your credit score is too low" I will use it, but I can't say "your breath stinks, you didn't bother to take a shower before you showed up, and your kids are monsters".If this was a more popular area I could simply say "I chose another applicant", but around here it's just too obvious if that isn't true.
