I’m a huge fan of the multi-family model of investing and would like to eventually build up to owning apartment complexes.

@Josef Bryan Gerster I think some adjustments in your Revenue Management model could be made to increase desire for mid-week bookings.

@Alex NgThis is an interesting business model, and I don’t think having Section 8 tenants automatically means more issues.

Our partner, Seth Choate, identified the Grapevine Dr property as a strong investment opportunity through his local market expertise.

Right now with the Syndication MF model seemingly leaking oil all over the place.

That seems more than just a RE investment: To me, the casino aspect of the investment would require specialized expertise (knowledge and individuals in place to make sure the business is a success) that seems to be a greater risk than the RE side of the deal.

I want to use my expertise for my father and stretch the dollars to make additional changes like new front door, adding metal awning, and generally improve the street appeal.
