Then we had a $125 cleaning fee and were expected to sweep, mop, clean out and wipe down frig, oven, microwave, stove, toilet, bath, sinks and counters. 

Not familiar with microwave in drawer, new to me. 

This one just came in yesterday - The cabinet over the stove is too low to install a microwave and the cabinet over the fridge area is 5' 9" and not 6'.

He only rented rooms, but the house had 3 full kitchens with microwaves.  

One solution was a small apartment fridge in a common are for snacks and drinks and a microwave.

The place I'm in now supplied the stove microwave and fridge I rent a washer and dryer for $30ish a month

Install an over the stove microwave.  

I would typically provide a range, dishwasher and microwave, but only if the mw is the over the range type.No frig and definetly washer/dryer.

That's a big difference each month.Also it looks like you have a dated refrigerator and you do not have a microwave/ stove combo.

I did a walkthrough before closing and there was a bunch of junk still in the garage (numerous paint cans - some that were very old, an old microwave, and old door, cut drywall, half a bag of grout, and some other junk).
