With that said I have plenty of customers who have success on minimal marketing however that's more like a lottery then on purpose.

Since I probably won't win the lottery I need to go out and make things happen rather than sit back and wait for them to come to me.

I am not suggesting that investors in the US not use a LLC, your legal system does promote law suits like lottery tickets, I am suggesting it simply may not serve the full security purpose you may believe it does.

It's playing the lottery.

Old blind guy wants to buy a lottery ticket for a dollar (don't ask me how he got there).

If you take out a loan and win the lottery a week later, you only repay the amount you borrowed plus a week's interest, not the total of all payments you would have made.

In reality, you may get some quick deals, but it is the nurturing of those relationships that can lead you to great deals and a consistent income (not a one time winning of the "wholesaler lottery").
