., I'd still recommend QBO but using it differently than you currently use it.Adopt QBO Plus, and as long as all of your entities are "disregarded" for tax purposes, you can use the location/business feature to track each individual entity all within 1 QBO subscription.If any of your entities are a "filing" entity (file a separate tax return; partnerships; corporations; etc), those entities require their own QBO subscription.Happy to discuss further.Hope that helps!

Market rents in this area for those size units are closer to $1,100 (a little more, actually).Previous owners owned these spaces for a very long time, so their taxes were low and those rents were manageable for them.

i just got off the phone with lindsay someone that works for them they want $34k and they offer no guarntees. thave a 78% success rate in getting people funding. that mean 22% of the prople that signed up where promised the world but were not able to raise capital. according to linday they have 700 paid members. 700x.22=154. 154 people paid them $34k and were not able to raise funds. im not an expert but they need to file a case with the attorney generals of the united states. i asked lindsay why isnt capital raising set 1 because ill pay you $34k from the money you help me raise. all of a sudden she is busy and got to hang up with me. i told her i gave you 1 objection and she gave up.i did not have a good feeling speaking with lindsay. and after the call i checked my email she sent me 2 emails. 1 minute apart from each other which tells me they will take anyone and everyone. as long as they pay $34k.
