When you start giving lease/purchases and lease/options, you create some equitable interst on the lessee's part.

As far as Arlington goes, anything south of interstate 20 is good.

A block away I see McDonalds closer to interstate highway.

The rest of the process was like getting a regular mortgage or refinancing at market intersts.

I'm based in Columbus and think it's an exciting market for the below key reasons:In general, Columbus is a pretty economically-stable city: centrally-located (massive logistics hub at intersection of 2 major Interstates), large finance & healthcare centers / HQs, state capital, and a top-5 university by size (Ohio State - 60k+ students).

I would like to avoid downtown but have also found that one interstate exit to the next is a big difference in what you find.
