There was mold, knob and tube wiring, the "new" roof was done horribly and needed to be ripped off and redone... it was basically a complete gut job.

Not looking for sympathy and want to say that just like getting horrible advice from brokers, I went to the emergency room at 4 different hospitals 5 tmes, went to about 12 doctor appointments to 4 different specialty doctors, went to 4 different chiropractors and remember this:Just like what I said about getting bad investment advice from brokers the same advice has been applicable to every hospital, doctor and chiropractor I visited.

I have an exceptional strip of land on Federal Highway with an older strip plaza on it.It has one of the biggest frontages on Federal, just south of Commercial, and I'm looking to redevelop it into fewer, key tenant units.The closest Starbucks is about half a mile north and it shares a tiny unit with Chipotle with a horribly laid out drive-thru.I feel it's worth exploring the idea of building them a stand alone unit on my land, along with a few other headline tenants.Can anyone point me in the direction of a local tenant rep that dealt with them?
