I would give them a warning that "house rules" do not permit disturbing/harassing other tenants and that there have been some complaints.

They change the rules (including whether or not you can continue to rent out your unit), they change the amount of the dues, they harass you about the plants you have on your patio....Take it from one who bought a condo expecting to live there forever, and sold it two years later - because of the HOA.Condos are also harder to finance, so they're harder to sell, too.

And the title plants are pretty up to speed.. its not like what I run into out east closing were you need abstractors and there is all sorts of encroachments and weird stuff I have never hear off... ( currently building Charleston SC) and those properties were created many times before we were even a state out here on the west coast.So the OP can talk with a lawyer but in this case unless they were being harassed or something its just not what we do here in these situations..

I have talked to my drug dealer tenants but they were again very aggressive and told me that I am harassing them because they are very social and just have a lot of friends.
