If you run a background check, you'll see some nasty stuff.

"fees associated with loans (origination, points, appraisals, etc" - Who cares about this stuff.

I wanted to go back and find some of the old pod casts that were from years ago were do you find those.I went to the learn/podcast  but its just the new stuff thank you in advance for your help.

I really like the agent because they show me a lot about the houses and point out stuff that may have miss that are crucial to tenant, and quite responsive to my messages. 

LVP is good stuff, but there can be challenges in old houses.

I know you're over budget but you might want to stage it a little - even with stuff from home if a stager isn't an option.

People seem to take their stuff with them when they move.
