Adam, no replies in an hour, probably because there are at least a thousand posts on this topic, might search.I suggest everyone going into RE go take a class for agents to get the basics of RE so they have a clue as to what goes on instead of all the guru crap.

So, I feel bad for agents that have to deal with cart around, never buy clients  and I wish there were was ONE out there was efficient and knowledgeable that wouldn't try to up-sell me, too! 

One organization that I have used regularly is www.narpm.orgJust find the PM, introduce yourself, let them know what you are doing/looking for and ask them if they can provide contact info for agents that either own REI property or work with REI consistently.

We are located in Southern California but one of our companies is a lead gen busienss for agents.  

Looking for an experienced agent in the hudson valley or westchester area of NY. Looking for one with experienced in buying multi-families for renting.

Please let me know who has recommendations for agents or any other sources.
