Looking for a real estate agent in North Jersey

 Hi, 

My business partner, Kevin and I are looking for foreclosures, short sales and bank owed properties in Wayne, Nutley and Fairlawn. We are a team of investors that are paying cash and want to close deals in a week to two. 

Please let me know who has recommendations for agents or any other sources.
