My favorite areas are close to NC State University, Holly Springs, Knightdale, E Raleigh inside the beltline, parts of Durham, and Apex, but all for different reasons.

This is one of my favorite questions to answer.A great analogy comes from a Chris Rock song, "No matter what a stripper tells you, there is no sex in the champagne room."

We pick one of our favorite restaurants, book the entire place on one of their closed nights or a slow night in January, and invite our work team (plus one guest each) to join us for dinner and a celebration to show our gratitude.Most of our construction/trades contractors don't have health insurance and put off aspects of their health care.

@Karim Zada like many have stated, NOVA is hard to cash flow, a few of the strategies I use in the DC/NOVA area are:1) My favorite because it allows me to purchase before the investor pool of buyers bid up the property.

Because of this, you have just opened up 1 or more slots available for additional Fannie Mae financing.

Hence, I'm curious if there are any updates to the list or if I should just stick to the favorites.
