At any rate, if some tenant decides to ever sue you because their kid got sick and the tenant is claiming it's because the kid ate the dirt in the yard and it was contaminated - you have the paperwork from the city saying it was dealt with legally.

But, just because you don't have a piece of paper to prove damage wasn't already there, when you're staring at obvious filth and damage, isn't a reasonable rationale for not charging for it.It's like believing the dog really ate the homework.

Well, anyhow it cleared the pipes alright and in the process, blew out the p-trap and down went all the food particles that had accumulated in the sink into the bottom of the cabinet, including the liquid de-clogger which ate up the finish on the inside of the cabinet doors.
