We are near the P83 district (about half a mile) so a lot of the revenue was coming from baseball tournaments and sporting events; come spring training time I think our rates could go up quite a bit.

Killeen and Harker Heights both have pockets to stay away from, that being said most of everything south of 190 is newer.Families with children (in my experience) try to move to Belton as this apparently has the better school district.

I understand the architect aspect but I own my plans.. so I only buy them once.we are not building ultra customs .. although I have in Charleston were I spend 30 to 50k on architect because its what is required in the historic district but other than that 1500 to 2500 to buy stock plans.. pretty simple.
