@Jean G.To be clear, this would absolutely be viewed as a prohibited, self-dealing transaction with catastrophic consequences for your IRA.The IRS would view this as using your IRA to help facilitate the sale of a property you own personally.

But I won't pay more money for another company that facilitates and ACH transfer, since the ACH system is arcane and the transactions are inherently slow.If you think your company provides a better service, then state your case why landlords should switch and pay $3 per transaction; calling your competition "deceptive" reflects poorly on your company.

@Carol DonaldsonCustodian do not setup IRA owned LLC, you need to use a facilitator to get that done, the fees vary depending on the service provider and the amount of service you will receive.
