I disagree with @Sammy G. saying that it's easier to get a loan as individuals rather than an LLC. 

I disagree, cash on cash is always relevant even if cash on equity diminishes.

I know some people on here will disagree but I like the no debt deal.

All real estate salesperson applicants need to be sponsored by a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker who will be overseeing their activities.The requirements for a real estate broker license in Pennsylvania include being at last 18 years of age and having successfully completed the education requirement and passed the real estate examinations.

Also saw where the agent and the broker disagreed on the commission split, and never agreed so agent quit and broker sent his license to the state, and never paid said agent..

So obviously I'm not going to argue with data you looked up so we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

Remember, almost everything you read from a "guru" is intended to get you to buy an expensive course, mentoring, or bootcamp.Wow...I'd really have to disagree with this.

If we end up in a long term recession (low probability IMHO, though others will disagree), prices will be further depressed.
