Hello everyone, this is my first post here.Sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is not my native language :)After 2 years of learning everything I can about investing, I decided that I want to invest in real estate.

Since my mother cannot fully understand English, I have to take care of the business.

A couple of add on comments:Louisiana has far different laws that any other state because their basis of law is the Napoleonic Code rather than English Law.

It seems to me either the government should get out of the loan business for English, History, and basket weaving students and let and the lenders deal with these borrowers at their own risk and face the possibility of actual student default, and bankruptcy protection, or qualify these taxpayer backed, non-defaultable loans by insuring the quality of the academic endeavor (sic STEM).

I am still trying to choose between countries to teach English in and Malaysia just became even more attractive because of this knowledge.

I just got back from teaching English in Korea, and I am waiting till July to start my day job as a substitute teacher.  

Indeed podcasts is a good thing, but I prefer read because English is not my primary langage and Im not good yet ^^'
