I am excited to finally pursue my dream of REI!

My name is Austin Lange Im 24 years yrs old, I currently work full-time at Theatrical Lighting company that works along side local 2 in Chicago to set up concerts around the city, I've been in it for about a year now and Its a great job but I dream of one day becoming my own boss and that assuredly is not the path. 

@Adam Schneider Man I just went fishing on the Pass-A-Grille last weekend and dreamed about having property there.

After putting aside my dream for the past 5 years, I have found myself ready to move on with my life goals and plan.

I’ve done so much listening, reading, searching, and dreaming about REI but very little actual work up to this point.

Only those that have a dream that they're following can move in.

Not here to crush your dreams by any means.

It's great to have goals and dreams but there needs to be dose of reality mixed in.

If the issue is purely cosmetic, then hell no.....not a chance.You are supplying a livable unit for them....on the VOUCHER program....you aren't building them their dream home.Do this and prepare for the flood gates of other things they want to upgrade to make the place nicer....Unless there is a safety or health issue, they can pound sand or move somewhere else....at which time if you want to upgrade the floors and up the rent, then go for it....DO NOT DO IT....
