Living off of el Monterey burritos and hot dogs, we even canceled our honeymoon.

I love dogs.

He has one or two adult dogs, that need to be caged in, that's problem one.

We have a dog and cat that have brought fleas into the house and instead of using harsh chemicals, we spray this on the animals and floor, furniture and carpet.

Apparently after the lady passed away, the family allowed her 6 cats and two dogs to have free reign over the house for what must have been months.

The 'sell' properties had higher mortgages on them by about 25k (all properties are worth about the same).Well, here we are 3 years later and I just sold one of my 'dogs' for a 100k gain.  

These kids work like dogs, long hours, so being in the downtown where conveniences are is great.The one constant between all of them is that their parents are very much involved in the process.

Also, we allow our dogs to sleep with us every night and the hosts did not encourage that.

What made my deal work was that the house and four-plex were located on the same lot (one purchase), they we largely remodeled shortly before the sale, it was off-market, and sellers were urgent about selling quickly.   

Wholesaling takes dogged pursuit of non-competition deals in order to be able to buy at the deep discounts.I highly recommend wholesaling but, as @Jay Hinrichs and @Jose Castillo mentioned above, it's not an easy strategy to get into so don't get discouraged and don't get stopped!
