I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First let me say I am not an attorney, but my other business deals with medial transport so I have seen a lot of these issues...In Oregon there are service dogs or not.

Do we try to just buy a modest house through foreclosure or some other screamin' deal, house hack, then build up our portfolio from there?

I was going to use Kiavi, but apparently I do not have a consumer profile and lexisnexis has to locate it and this can take a while and I have a deal on the table that I do not want to lose.Please advise.Thanks!

We still find buyers (and renters) that like open to a degree but want / need the office space for remote or hybrid work arrangements.When dealing with a market that does not have huge spreads on properties, one needs to define what is really important versus what is nice to have and see if the math works. 

Number 1, Always tell the truth and deal fairly.

I do deals with friend and family and they are loose because I trust them.
